Fasel and Sons will gladly accept returns or exchanges on most product within 14 days of purchase with a store receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is unavailable (such as pre-paid credit gift cards), or in the case of a lost receipt, a store credit will be issued. ​

Items must be in their original packaging (if applicable) and be in re-sellable condition.

We do not accept returns on: gift cards, items damaged from misuse, services performed, non-sealed chemicals, custom planters, or clearance items (items marked down 50% or more).
